1. If you have received the product in a bad condition, please inform us on returnsbsind@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
2. In case you don't like the product or find that the product doesnt suit your requirements then you may inform us on returnsbsind@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. Your request for returning the product will be taken care.
3. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the product back. It will remain the customers responsibility to return the product in unused condition.
